11+ Entrance Exam Preparation
I help children to get into the school of their choice. I specialise in preparation for 11+ entrance exams to any school, with particular experience in Kingston Grammar School, Hampton School, Surbiton High, The Lady Eleanor School, Sir William Perkins School, Halliford School, Reed’s School, St George’s Weybridge, Tiffin Girls’ School and Tiffin School.
What You Will Need to Know
- DRB checked
- My pass rate is 95%.
- Initial assessment: 30 minutes reading comprehension; 30 minutes writing exercise and 30 minutes maths paper
- Tuition is in groups of 1:4 which allow for 1:1 interaction with your child
- Lessons are one hour
- Your child takes two separate sessions in Maths and English on two different days
- Three term period of tuition from January of Year 5 until January of Year 6
- Teaching times: Monday to Thursday:
- 4.00-5.00pm
- 5.15-6.15pm
- 6.30-7.30pm
- Weekly homework is set and completion of this is a requirement in order to consolidate the learning that has taken place in each lesson
- I have a fun reward system for hard work and achievement
- I will give you half-termly feedback about the progress your child is making
- £25 per child per hour
